“And down the stretch they come!”
Insane to think that the fantasy baseball season is entering its last weeks! And soon weeks will turn into days. I hope everyone is still fighting for a chance at the podium for cash and/or “glory”. I know football is here, and ready to takeover the spotlight of the fantasy and gambling sphere. That can be a good thing depending on which leagues folks have started to tune out and not focus. Keep pushing until the end. I have one team that I pushed hard the last 6 weeks to get to cashing, and it’s going to fall short. However, I am still putting some effort to make it the best damn 4th place team. May seem silly, but it’s still good practice on FAAB and roster management that can be applied to future contending teams.

MUSINGS OF THE MONTH:
One of my favorites. You think you need to stop, but you just need to figure out where to put the tired.
Pinch Hit Musings: Everyone is tired.
One of my favorite entrepreneurs and authors is Seth Godin. Your first question might be did he write a fantasy baseball book? No?! Why should I care? There are little lessons and reminders to be had in anything we read and/or listen to. I’m a big proponent of take what you need and leave the rest behind. You don’t need to fall in love with something…
MONTHLY AFFIRMATION:
The ability to continue with consistency is not about how fast you can be with what you are doing, but whether you can persist. That ability to persist is correlated with your capacity to conserve your energy and expend it in small pieces in order to go the full distance.
Simple, but not easy.
Thanks for reading.
Take care.
